Try not using bundled/impregnated sticks. Can cause Bcod. Im sure you have your reasons? but you have resonators in infinite loop bottom right of main circuit
Some of your bundled cables look glitched where they cross circuits, or is that imgur?
similar when an input of creative copied ic circuit with sticks is activated, it will bcod.
Using 'some not all' coloured wires in and out of impregnated sticks are still bugged. Use colours to bundled as you have but change to lgrey before connections through sticks....
