Enhancement: Wireless transmitter and receiver

Wireless transmitter and receiver components for normal and bundled wires, based on channel names (ie use the labelling machine to set the channels. This should only work in a 3x3x3 or 5x5x5 radius so it isn't too overpowered.

Also when two circuits are placed on the same block and there is no block in the way the borders should connect (allowing signals over a corner)

If a transmitter ( like a 3 layer high mini Eiffel Tower :D ) and or antenna could be placed on top of the upcoming lamp controller to give over 16million to many 'frequency's' with single i/o analogue data would have a lot to offer
