For some reason this circuit (It's just a bunch of Quartz Resonators) crashed itself and 4 more circuits. Try not using bundled/impregnated sticks. Can cause Bcod. Im sure you have your reasons? but you have resonators in infinite loop bottom right of main circuit

Some of your bundled cables look glitched where they cross circuits, or is that imgur?
