Using the spear to attack open tiles now causes the game to hang.
In general, the tall grass should play by the same rules as the full-tile walls, insofar as what it overlaps.
I think that these abilities are in a good spot of feeling slightly expensive compared to the specific skills, but are conditionally life-saving.
Another ability option could be to use an energy bit to restore 1 health. Possibly the +1 health could be combined with the full stamina one as well.
