For fife from master you need fifechan from master too.
No I think not. It will only install last Release.
One think is what it cant open here :( ImportError: dlopen(/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.6/lib/python3.6/site-packages/fife/_fife.so, 2): Library not loaded: .1.dylib

yeah there is something wrong with fife import. Does an python3 import fife works?
ah it dont find fifehan. Have you removed the fifecham from brew install? And installed fifechan from git master branch?
And have you the fifechan build log?
