Yeah we know about this bug. For years now. But it don't will get fixed in this version of UH. We don't have any devs that's are working on it....
That's listen as an good idea.
Ignore the update message. It's an bug. Could you maybe provide an Screenshot that we can check if really all needed buildings are there. Please

On the screenshot it look fine. And your warehouse is not full with stone? Could you maybe upload your savegame here as an zip?
I don't remember if it got to Warehouse or if it needs an production building near to it.
What OS do you use? Windows or Linux I dont know if both are the same version. Than i could test it here localy.
@rhavin you dont have build an mine thats why it not works. Its under Mining.
Ah i found the problem. I will take an look tomorrow on it.
