Add blend file template for the Neo correct dimensions as an starting point example. The blend could be just a cube with dimension of 1 meter.

Other game engines support more shader options like the blender game engine, unity. The sphere reflect that you code is very nice for inclusion in the build-in standart shader.

Add an option to automatically scale the mesh. Like a flag you can choose when importing models.

The Empty is useful for spawning locations and stuff like bullets. (the empty - like from blender) The second idea is the empty to change its shape to sphere, box...

Add support for blender blend shapes. Good for making facial expressions.
