I keep each project documentation in one MD file. And usually the file is large. And navigation is painful. Could you please add [TOC]?! This is really useful feature.

Is there any progress on this issue?

Vim mode doesn't work on other keyboard layouts.

I like QON so much, but it's so painful taking notes in different languages. Sometimes I'm using three keyboard layouts.
