Text in notes NOT protected completely from deletion in Vim mode

In `Vim mode` I can easily delete text with `Delete`, `x` keys and `dd` command even `Allow all notes editing` function is disabled. Thus, Notes aren't protected from accidental modification.

Vim mode doesn't work on other keyboard layouts.
