This module will be deprecated and replaced with API functions or CBA Settings. Part of it already done in #1015 (now #1283).
This now works correctly with #1283. Remaining 2 modules won't get deprecated for now, as they would require replacement API, for which there is little gain compared to modules at...

This went off the original issue direction. Racks initialization could use some work or at least documentation, but that is for another issue.
No chat commands in ACRE, but if any API needs to be added to do this easily, that would be accepted.
Properly fixed in https://github.com/acemod/ACE3/pull/8388.
This was fixed in #1110 by moving plugin log location to same location as Arma RPTs.
It would be nice if it's possible.
