What do you mean¿ If you are talking about the Windows 11 OOBE startup sound, that's default and you should be able to turn it off in **Change System Sounds**...
Is this **Windows Media Player** or legacy¿

That's the Mica theme when it's uninstalled. I think you just change the theme back to light mode or dark mode

I don't have that directory in my Rectify 11 folder. I'm running the same version of Rectify 11.
I don't think that's Rectify. I have Adobe Premiere Pro on a device without Rectify and the menu is still thick.
I have the same issue with "Install Themes" Failed. That might be just Windows Defender. Maybe try disabling Windows Defender and then install 3.1.
