startallback accent colorization compatibility

Description

Startallback "colorize everything with accent color" option doesn't seem to work ~~properly~~ at all with Rectify11 theme. The highlight and selection colors are always blue and not respecting the accent color.

Steps To Reproduce

Enable "colorize everything with accent color" in Startallback Change accent color to automatic or custom in windows 'settings->personalization->colors->accent color'

This might be just the program's Compatibility with Rectify. Maybe this could result in either the program not being smart enough to choose between accent colours automatically or Rectify has not integrated the Compatibility.

The colorization of selection and highlight colors with the accent color is a StartAllBack feature and is only working with the default aero theme. I really love what Rectify11 is trying to do here but the issue mentioned above is one of the reasons why I'm not using custom themes right now.
