Menu bar and context menu is too thick

Description

I installed Rectify11 I using it well but it's uncomfortable menu bar (or ribbon) is too thick.

and context menu also too thick that causes even though it fits on one screen, it goes out.

Steps To Reproduce

The height of the menu bar and context menu should be reduced.

I don't think that's Rectify. I have Adobe Premiere Pro on a device without Rectify and the menu is still thick.
