Started work - seems to work ok, but needs further testing to confirm functionality.
Also needs fix for changing connection interface to work around Tieline bug.
There's probably a nice library to do this for you...?

Probably needs some sort of display of blocks - a bit like IPAM. Clicking on a block will select that IP for you. WIll need to be provided with range...
Pretty sure the info is there - just needs adding to the UI
