Improve sound features of bug UI

Maybe with a SoundProvider at the top of the application. Maybe use sound names rather than filenames.

We're already using a library to run sounds as hooks, there's no reason they can't be wrapped in a provider at the top of the application. A simple lookup could allow you to call them by name rather than filename
