Improve UI experience when BUG module updates are available

I think we should show an info status alert for any module where an upgrade is available.

I'd like to improve this - I think we should separate "Panels" and "Modules" in the UI. We could add a separate module tab in under configuration which; list the modules, their description, their version and allows you to run an update, rebuild or even delete the image. This way you could see all the possible modules separate to panels
