I have this issue too and file:scan and file:cleanup doesn't fix it, I use a hetzner storage share and they saw after I deleted the files they were still showing...

Definitely just went looking for this, and its understandable its a hobby, I just acquired a 40 series card so hopefully framegen replacement is soon enough :D
Any progress on this? It’s pretty essential for me I can’t have any email conversations using anonaddy because of this
This seems to be mandatory for at least DLSS4 framegen improvements to work properly, manually replacing these is definitely a right pain, as for compatibility I think all are, games...
This has been an issue forever I really wish they'd try and fix this, I have folders on my desktop to organize things and the icons is a big help...
