Why was it removed to be able to search in deleted files? It makes it extremely difficult to locate a file if you have a lot of deleted files

JRE 11 doesn't exist so can't run

I don't know where else to ask but I have tried to look but I can't find jre 11 anywhere so I can't run this at all, java.com only has...
