Additionally, make sure you don't have any subfolders in your mods folder, as this causes the game to revert the modsettings.lsx and disable all mods.

By "deleted everything", what are you referring to? BG3MM can't delete the game's folder, or your saves/profile folder. This isn't something it was programmed to do. What are you reinstalling?...
