Can't make the mod load order work because there's no longer any profile creator option in the current full release of BG3

Same to me. Any one knows if early access version of BG3 mod manager work properly?

Writing to say I have the issue aswell.

There is now just a default profile called "Public". Just select it. If it's not there, you might have some early access leftover files messing it up.

Did you play it yet? I would guess that to be the case if you have not yet started playing.
