Handle multiple paths in RGL_PATTERNS_DIR

I noticed that the LidarPatternLoader currently does not support multiple paths defined in RGL_PATTERNS_DIR, separated by colons. This PR adds this feature.

I’m trying to merge LiDAR point clouds from different frames and agents using the lidar_pose values provided in the dataset. However, I’m unsure about the correct interpretation of these transforms....
