Handle multiple paths in RGL_PATTERNS_DIR

I noticed that the LidarPatternLoader currently does not support multiple paths defined in RGL_PATTERNS_DIR, separated by colons. This PR adds this feature.

Thank you for taking the time to contribute and for your effort in putting together this proposal.

At the moment, the feature addresses a very specific case that’s relatively easy to work around, so it’s not a priority for us right now. We’ll keep it on our radar and revisit it if time allows.
