Registrations for event with _id "5e3d400a3d9fa90049ce7e91" exist, but such event has been deleted. When deleting event, references to it should be also deleted.

At the moment partner reviewing form (eq. projects in https://dev.app.hackjunction.com/projects/event-with-multiple-custom-submissions/challenge/%242a%2410%24dgX1nE97eY8xym2sBYusDumRgMLWh9QfOnffwiO%2FLlrXdThs.kyfi ) look kind of ugly. The form should be centered and have some margins.
