Recruitment view filters should show up as clear modals

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I was trying to look at people as a partner, and the "save filters" was off screen, and couldn't see it

Describe the solution you'd like Filter box should open a modal that takes the center of screen.

Describe alternatives you've considered UI could also be dynamic so components aren't off screen.
