At the moment partner reviewing form

(eq. projects in https://dev.app.hackjunction.com/projects/event-with-multiple-custom-submissions/challenge/%242a%2410%24dgX1nE97eY8xym2sBYusDumRgMLWh9QfOnffwiO%2FLlrXdThs.kyfi ) look kind of ugly.

The form should be centered and have some margins.
