还有一点我比较在意，关于这个PR是否真的需要。 + 部分功能需要carpet开启，但是carpet命令本身就需要作弊了 + reden自己有判断创造的检查，包括undo等，我的建议是找出问题，并通过Hello packet、权限检查等方式解决，而不是粗暴的不让用户进存档。同时这种页面最好留下never show again和help链接（一般可以在wiki写help页面）
