[1.20.4 Fabric] Server crashes on startup due to an SQLException

Expected behavior

The server starts up normally and without issue.

Observed/actual behavior

Ledger seems to crash on server startup due to an SQL Exception whose cause seems to be insufficient disk storage/full database. It specifically has trouble creating the new tables and columns that the latest Ledger update (1.3.0) introduces.

Steps/models to reproduce

1. install Ledger version 1.3.0 on a Fabric (0.15.10) 1.20.4 Minecraft server. 2. Start the server.
