I suggest to add `TMUX_POWERLINE_SEG_HOSTNAME_CUSTOM` which is being used when `TMUX_POWERLINE_SEG_HOSTNAME_FORMAT="custom"`. Just feels a bit cleaner that way and it will cover the scenario where one wants to use `short`...
