Can confirm on Chrome 121 and Android 12 (also reproduceable on Windows so it's not a browser/OS related problem): 
Close as it's not the right way to report/fix crashes, go to community-support channel on official Modrinth Discord server
The context menu works and worked before, but it still goes out of my screen:  (Old screen, but it's same now)

Seems like it's fixed and uploaded primary file saves correctly after page refreshing, you just need to wait some time (took 7 seconds for me)
Can't reproduce, 'Save changes' and 'Delete project' have a purple outline now
