Don't override `Authorization` header when contents are bearer token (or any other token)

I found out that the requests lib is overriding the authorization header when a netrc file is in place, which is awesome. But in some cases you won't want this...

Happens when performance mode is turned on (and skip map)

Ability to force mod on maps or on global server should be included in the admin app.

Add documentation for docker setup

Add support for building, testing etc in github actions. Also add more testing of the essential core such as DB and DB-migrations etc.
