kGlueCommandStrings is incorrectly initialize, thus debugging log for APP_CMD_SOFTWARE_KB_VIS_CHANGED is wrong. APP_CMD_SOFTWARE_KB_VIS_CHANGED comes before APP_CMD_GAINED_FOCUS
