@mdbootstrap I've opened mdbootstrap/Tailwind-Elements#886 to partially solve this. I'm happy to make any alterations you think necessary in order to get this live.

We've had this issue with chrome 102 as well. [`Element.scroll`](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Element/scroll) with `behaviour: 'smooth'` in the options seems to be broken.

Can confirm `webpack-merge-and-include-globally` works more or less as a drop-in replacement for this plugin - and will likely be fine for most devs' needs. Sad that the maintainer completely abandoned...
