If the first voice loops before other voices, the overall playback position indicator becomes inaccurate. This is because all voices follow the first voice's position counter.
ct2util needs commandline arg to disable voices in each subtune.
Setting default subtune for SID export doesn't work properly at the moment. e.g. -d 2 will actually result playing 2nd 3-voice segment of the 1st subtune and 1st 3-voice segment...
