Sure, could be done with some limits. But until someone points a real world situation where 2nd sid is elsewhere than in $d420-$d438, I'll be giving it a pass. :)...
The only sensible way would be to use a temporary buffer which a separate routine would write to actual sid registers. Extra cycles, extra memory use.
Aw yes, zp,y could probably be used as well. Anyhow, won't happen unless it's absolutely necessary. :)
Indeed it got fixed in the later commit. A new release should be done soon.
Worth considering once (if?) CC adapts to SDL2 which has support for using OS clipboard functions. Then it might be possible to copy sequences/instruments/etc between CC instances.
Check the latest commit. The import is unnecessary, so I removed it. Also did a bunch of other Mac related fixes. See if it works.
