[BUG]上传大文件到100%提示超时

反馈两个问题:1,无法导入导出的对话.2,注册用户状态无法删除.

1,导出的对话内容无法再次导入.不知道是不是我自己的原因. 2,注册的用户,如果在后台删除了.再次注册还是显示注册了.同样的删除的用户如果通过验证邮箱,又可以在后台恢复.这个应该是功能不够完善吧.
