i used ks2.5. I have not done sorting_wout_escessive_spikes yet, but I will do it and let you know.

But it should be there in the sorter output folder since we need it to assign spiketrain and other info to the right clusters, isn't? Is cluster_group.tsv the same?

Ah, that may be the issue! yes, I am doing it directly from kilosort. My bad! Let me try that.
