windows server 2016 无法设置https 专用端口 每次跳转443

不管设置什么端口，通过 https://{您的 IP 地址}:{https 专用端口号}/ 无法打开，但通过http端口 打开在本地能跳转打开网盘，但网址栏里面没有带上https专用端口，局域网内其他电脑或外网 都无法访问
