I'm building in the same environment and not seeing this issue, have you tried deleting and creating a fresh build directory?
This may be fixed by https://github.com/shadps4-emu/shadPS4/commit/b879dd59c674b9dae0bf1c4c090cabdce4521d05 (I don't seem to be getting a lot of device loss crashes anymore with it), can you check the latest main build?
