Feature Request (Tiny bug but not really): Scale up ofDrawBitmapString() x 2 when Retina is enabled

When switching on retina/HiDPI mode, `ofDrawBitmapString()` becomes really tiny, it would be nice if it could scale up x 2 for readability. (I use it for debugging ALL the time...

Is the search function looking at forks? I did a search for ofxCv and only the main one came up. (See screenshot). Related to #10.
