Just to add my findings here that no one would care: The `-a` flag for the listing apparently will not care what you're passing, so something like `java -jar CLI.jar...
JRE alone wouldn't work. JDK (the entire kit) has the `jar` tool. On Linux Mint, it should be: `sudo apt install openjdk-8-jdk-headless`.
Quick note: The app **isn't usable** at the moment. So don't try to use it until it is said to.
