adding here that this issue does not affect fc.txt or sc.txt outputs because the labels for those are chosen from the LUT but correcting the parcellation images will enable accurate...

add support for training own .RData file

@noahfl As an update to this issue, a more generic way of creating the .RData file where it takes a .txt list of directory names would be a nice enhancement....
