tl;dr - yes There's some more work on notifications still to complete/land, then we'll sort out a new release.
The answer to this is essentially the same as #15 - we need to implement permissions for comments.
Unable to reproduce the duplicate path. Do you have multiple repositories configured?
Managed to replicate this by running Trac with both `base_url` specified and under a different base path. This is down to how we generate the href for a code comment...
