Setup BIPES on local server, esp8266.xml & esp32.xml malformed?

Looks like there is some error in toolbox/esp8266.xml which is preventing the toolbox from loading when cloning from the git repo. By copying the file: http://bipes.net.br/ide/toolbox/esp8266.xml over my cloned esp8266.xml...

Replace deprecated formatargspec with signature. Need for Python 3.11+

This update allows the calltip to be populated. Otherwise you'll get error: AttributeError: module 'inspect' has no attribute 'formatargspec.' Deprecated since Python 3.5. Removed in Python 3.11.
