This is seen booting a board. I need to check whether this was a warm-reboot or a cold (wall power off) reboot and I'll get back to you on that....
We think this is only on SSP2 configuration, not SoundWire. I can't say for certain that it never happens on SoundWire, but it'sour SSP2 setups that keep hitting this crash....

@bardliao Your second patch (test dev_num_sticky) fixes the problem for me, and the other peripherals on the bus are still working
