Just for reference: What kind of phone are you using and which build are you running of mumble-android?
Doesn't seem to be an issue on 3.2 Gingerbread... however, as I was testing something else #2 came up again. I think I may know what the cause is.
Still can't reproduce this. Have you tried talking on the same mumble server using a computer to see if you hear yourself?
