可以 1. clone 项目 2. 执行 git mod init 3. 执行 git mod tidy 4. 删除 vendor 目录

降级到 opencv-python==4.7.0.72，升级到 4.10.84 不会报错但是没效果。

我在安装 CUDA 124 的时候出现一样的问题解决办法 1 infer/modules/train/train.py:131 将 init_method="env://" 改为 init_method="env://?use_libuv=False", 禁用就可以了。解决办法 2 降级 torch 的版本到 2.3.0 ，可以在命令行查看自己的版本 python -c "import torch; print(torch.__version__)"
