[TF2] Broken Scoreboard

not much to describe, all icons are gone and there is no spacing, on Gorge Event it's worse  

Issue is in the title, set up a Linux TF2 server and put the bz2 files on a dedicated folder, however none of the convars are working (Unknown command)

any way to change the start menu language?

CD-ROM booting does not work

Booting from CD-ROM yields error 003. Verified that it's not a QEMU problem as starting a VM from command line works fine. 

### What happened? everything images (such as profile pictures, server icons or embeds) are not functioning properly on both desktop and web this is how it looks like 

any place to download bosses?

sorry if this is not the place to ask, but i could swear there was a pack containing Freak Fortress 2 characters (Christian, Team Killer for example) and i can't...
