It's working, great job! Many thanks! (I just copied the AirFloat binary from inside the updated app-folder into the cydia installed app folder. Worked directly.)

Default feed sort option and scope (subscribed, local, all) should also be an option per profile together with the NSFW setting. Ideally all of those settings would respect the settings...
