Universal Storage parts show up when US is not installed

Condition `FOR[DMagic]:NEEDS[UniversalStorage]` is always satisfied. Since ModuleManager looks for any subfolder in `GameData` named `UniversalStorage`, the folder `DMagicOrbitalScience/UniversalStorage` satisfies the NEEDS condition. Renaming the folder `DMagicOrbitalScience/UniversalStorage` solves the issue.
