Feature request Tasks: Multi-level subtask (WebGUI)

Multi-level subtask is currently missing and I would be happy if someone could add it. [Tasks.org ](https://tasks.org/docs/sync.html)already supports them. 

BLE characteristic notifications are disabled: (D/BluetoothGatt(27497): setCharacteristicNotification() - uuid: xxxx enable: false)`
